Deposit Policy
A deposit is required for all bookings—no exceptions.
Deposits are non-refundable unless I am the one to cancel the booking. In such cases, you may choose to either receive a full refund using the same method the deposit was received, or apply it toward a rescheduled booking.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a new date.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee is due and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
For all new bookings, I accept deposits via Amazon gift card only.
For returning regulars, Revolut may also be accepted.
